Don’t be a Stranger

Where will you go when you leave here?

Somewhere less – complicated..

What will you take with you?

Nothing much, only my self

Listen to the dawn prayer

The gathering mist

The wind in the chestnut trees

The one who gives life

Is your constant companion

She is the candle in the darkness

The still point in the storm

Everything you will ever need

Is already within you

Don’t be a stranger in your own home

Think not of what you might receive

But what you could give

The beloved will always provide for you
